The constant drilling at 8 in the morning was utterly disruptive!!! A non-smoking room shouldn’t come with an ash tray, it's quite baffling!!! persistent requests for high ratings felt unprofessional!!!

i had a wonderful stay at the ramada. the staff were exceptionally kind and always ready to help. the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the grand bazaar and near city star mall, which has a great supermarket. i really appreciated the advanced smart-control system in the junior suite, making my experience even more enjoyable.
